Network und Systems Administrator (m/f/d)/ IT-Administrator (m/f/d) We want you as our Network und Systems Administrator (m/f/d) / IT-Administrator (m/f/d) Location: Munich, Full-time Your will be working on these assignments: Managing and maintaining our networks, Azure cloud platform, desktop environment, systems and infrastructure across multiple locations, locally and globally. You are responsible for helpdesk support to our management (C-level) and our staff handling its hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and other devices. As an employee with superb analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills you easily cover the company´s networking setup including routers, switches, firewalls. What you need to succeed: You display strong commitment to customer service by using professional and courteous communications regarding inquiries, problems, and requests. Driven to continually monitor and improve IT processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. Abilit to problem solve technology issues, when the proceses does not have the answer, being able to work it out.

Solid understanding in supporting and experience of systems administration and network technologies. We expect you to have a deep technical understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite including Intune, Auto Pilot and Entra (Azure AD) and desktop hardware. Being familiar with Sophos Security (firewall and endpoint protection) and Desktop Central would be an advantage. We are looking for very good English and good German language skills. Ability to plan and prioritise, understand what is important and how we´ll get there. Ability to build relationships with varous stakeholders (internal and external).
